Judi has been the CEO of Copperleaf since 2009. Under her leadership, Copperleaf was named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, winner of Canada’s Most Admired™ Corporate Cultures, and winner of Tech Culture of the Year. In 2021, she led the successful completion of Copperleaf’s IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The company was created from the concept of bringing financial and engineering decision-making together. We knew we could help organizations do things differently—and turn over a new leaf. This inspired our founders and informed our name.

Prior to Copperleaf, Judi was the president of Creo Inc., a position she held until Creo was acquired by Eastman Kodak for just under $1 Billion USD in 2005. During her four year tenure at Kodak, Judi was a general manager and vice president within the graphic communications group, a corporate officer and vice president of Eastman Kodak, and head of Kodak Canada.
Judi is a member of the board of directors of Pason Systems Inc. (TSX: PSI). She is the YWCA’s 2022 Women of Distinction Awards Event Chair and was recently named one of Canada’s Most Admired CEOs, an EY Entrepreneur of the Year National Winner, and winner of the BC CEO award. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics Degree With Distinction - Dean’s Honours List from the University of Waterloo and is an avid downhill skier.
