As Managing Director of Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), Rob is responsible for the continued development of Copperleaf’s business, team, and partner network in the region.
Rob joined Copperleaf in 2018 as Country Manager, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). As one of the pioneer employees in the region, he has been instrumental in growing the Copperleaf Community, building a strong and high-performing team, and driving client engagement and satisfaction. Rob is an outcome-focused professional, committed to delivering exceptional value and providing extraordinary experiences to our clients. He has played a vital role in the development and execution of Copperleaf’s strategy in the region.
Prior to joining Copperleaf, Rob held various sales and leadership roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, and more recently at Itron, specializing in end-to-end solutions encompassing software, hardware, and communications networks.
He has qualifications in Information Technology and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Adelaide. Rob enjoys spending time with his young family and is passionate about supporting local sports. He is a life member of his local football club (Australian Rules) and is also an amateur football umpire.
