Employers were evaluated by the editors at <em>Canada\u2019s Top 100 Employers<\/em> using the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Physical Workplace<\/li>\n<li>Work Atmosphere &amp; Social<\/li>\n<li>Health<\/li>\n<li>Financial &amp; Family Benefits<\/li>\n<li>Vacation &amp; Time Off<\/li>\n<li>Employee Communications<\/li>\n<li>Performance Management<\/li>\n<li>Training &amp; Skills Development<\/li>\n<li>Community Involvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is Copperleaf\u2019s first time receiving this award. Judi Hess, Copperleaf CEO, commented:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We are very proud. Our priority is to offer to a positive, inclusive, and rewarding environment for our employees, and it&#8217;s fantastic to have a third-party evaluation confirm that we&#8217;re a leader in this area.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>At Copperleaf, we believe people are our greatest asset.
