ESG & Sustainability

Driving sustainability for future generations

Our Commitment to ESG & Sustainability

For all of us at Copperleaf, helping our clients deliver on their ESG commitments advances our own fundamental purpose of building a better world, one decision at a time.

We believe delivering high performance as an organization and driving sustainability go hand in hand. And it all comes down to the decisions being made every day. We help organizations develop quantitative methods to prioritize decisions to address ESG goals. The Copperleaf Value Framework defines “what an organization values” beyond just financial objectives. It encompasses factors related to stewardship, sustainability, service levels, risk categories, and more—allowing organizations to consider the impact of all of these factors when making trade-off decisions.

Our ESG Commitments

Setting our own serious commitments for how we operate is critical to our business success and fueled by our culture. Overall, we’re trying to leave the world a better place than we found it through our work, our solutions, and our actions inside and outside of work. We’re making tangible progress towards our own ESG commitments in these areas.

Copperleaf goes carbon neutral

We’re always looking for new ways to become a more sustainable business, especially as we grow as a company. After doing research, we realized that carbon offsetting is the most immediate way to make a positive environmental impact while we continue to work on other ways to further reduce our carbon footprint.

The projects we invested in will offset over 2,100 tons of carbon emissions—the equivalent of our company’s total annual carbon footprint.

Our clients told us they needed a transparent, consistent framework for evaluating decisions that align with their financial objectives and strategy, while also delivering on their ESG goals.
